Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging. This policy applies to
  orders within Canada.

  Returns and Exchanges
  To start a return or exchange, contact us at samsfurnituregta@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Returns can be made in-store at our North York location (2424 Finch Ave W Unit 14, North York, ON M9M 2E2)    or by mail. Return shipping is free — a prepaid return label will be provided.

  Refunds
  Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. No restocking fees apply.

  Exceptions
  Custom or special-order items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
